THE STUDIO INTERIOR
Built in 1986, the rammed earth loft is tastefully decorated and furnished so our guest feel at home in the studio. It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a back door that leads into the BBQ area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower. A washing machine/dryer is also provided.

The studio is perfect for relaxing with your dog after a busy day sightseeing in the Perth Hills, Swan Valley, and nearby wineries, restaurants and national parks.

This retreat is the perfect escape with private walking trails throughout the property. You'll have 20 acres to explore and plenty of space to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Australian bushland. The loft is surrounded by bush, gardens, native flowers, and beautiful birds.

THE GARDENS

The studio's gardens are immense oasis with a variety of flowers, trees, and bushes. In the spring and summer, the sun often shines warmly on the garden’s visitors. The guests wander down miles of wide cobblestone paths that lead between the brightly colored plants. The garden has a few very popular and beautiful sections. Guests are encouraged to wander around and explore the gardens as the owner, Frank, takes immense pride in his carefully cultivated grounds and gardening knowledge of 40 years.
