This 20-acre property was purchased by Frank in 1976. The studio was originally built in 1985 as a working studio, and on open gallery days, visitors watched work-in-progress, viewed and purchased from a range of paintings, glass, jewelry, and ceramics on display. Visitors were encouraged to stroll around the gardens as they form a natural extension to the work being exhibited.

In winter and spring, old-fashioned picnics were enjoyed by the creek, to the sounds of the numerous small waterfalls.

This studio is now one of the most popular dog-friendly short-stay destinations in Perth, enjoyed by holidaymakers from around Australia as well as overseas.
